Method

Cut and shape your pastry in a pastry tin

Chill in the fridge for 30 minutes

Remove from the fridge

Cook pastry as per instructions on packaging

Allow to chill for 45 minutes – 1 hour

Add Fresh cream, blueberries, raspberries and strawberries
