Vegan cream cheesecake with a passion fruit topping and a granulated biscuit base.

Passion fruit topping (passion fruit puree 12%*, sugar, water, corn starch, stabiliser: pectins, natural flavourings, preservative: potassium sorbate), rice extract (water, rice, sunflower oil, salt), granulated biscuit (rice flour, cocoa butter, sugar, corn starch, palm oil, glucose syrup, raising agent: sodium carbonates, thickener: guar gum, dextrose, salt), glucose syrup, water, coconut oil, coconut cream powder (coconut cream, maltodextrin, modified starch), chicory and citrus fibre, sugar, alcohol, thickener: carrageenan, emulsifier: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, natural flavouring. *% on the finished product.
