Raw pizza dough with prepared tomato sauce.
Raw pizza dough (71%) : Wheat flour, water, wheat gluten, salt, raising agents (glucono-delta-lactone, potassium carbonates), sugar, powdered vinegar, deactivated yeast, flour treatment agent : ascorbic acid. Prepared tomato sauce (29%) : tomato puree and pulp (89%*), onion, sugar, salt, sunflower oil, modified corn starch, herbs (oregano, parsley), garlic, Cayenne pepper, olive oil, water.

1. Remove the dough from the fridge 10 to 15 minutes prior to use and preheat the oven at 230°C (fan oven) or 250°C (convection oven), with the baking tray inside.
2. Put flour on the dough and working surface. Stretch it preferably by hand, or, if needed, with a rolling pin applying limited pressure on the dough. Once you have reached the desired size and thickness, place the dough on a tray with baking paper.
3. Add the tomato sauce and garnish with the ingredients of your choice
4. Remove the hot tray from the oven and slide the baking paper with the pizza onto the hot tray. Then, place the tray in the bottom of the oven and bake for about 12 minutes until the dough is sufficiently coloured. The baking time may vary depending on the topping, the oven and the thickness of the pizza.
