Italian ham and cheese

with a twist


Galberts Traditional Pancake topped with crumbly Feta cheese and delicious Parma Ham. 

1 pack of Galberts Traditional Pancakes


1 knob of butter

4 slices of Parma Ham

Handful of Rocket

Feta Cheese

6-8 Sundried Tomatoes

Olive Oil



Cashew nuts (optional)



  1. Heat our traditional pancake in the pan with a knob of butter

  2. Remove from heat and a drizzle of olive oil

  3. Add a handful of rocket on top of the pancake

  4. Add Parma Ham and sundried tomatoes

  5. Crumble feta on top to your preferred taste

  6. Sprinkle cashew nuts on top (optional)

  7. Drizzle again with olive oil

  8. Season with salt and pepper to taste
