Steak burger patties
Vegetable or olive oil
Brioche bun
Lettuce leaves
Salad tomato
*Potato cubes, tobacco onions/onion rings (optional)
INGREDIENTS
Method

Preheat a grill to medium high.
- Lightly brush the grill grates with vegetable or olive oil

Add your burger patties and grill for 5-8 minutes each side depending on taste

Lightly toast brioche bun under the grill for 1 minute

Build your burger - add lettuce, tomato and burger patties to bun

Add a generous dollop of Galberts Luxury Coleslaw and enjoy!!
