A deliciously juicy steak burger topped with Galberts Luxury Coleslaw, served in a fresh brioche bun.

1 pot of Galberts Luxury Coleslaw


Steak burger patties


Vegetable or olive oil


Brioche bun


Lettuce leaves


Salad tomato


*Potato cubes, tobacco onions/onion rings (optional)

INGREDIENTS

Method

  1. Preheat a grill to medium high.
     

  2. Lightly brush the grill grates with vegetable or olive oil
     
  3. Add your burger patties and grill for 5-8 minutes each side depending on taste
     

  4. Lightly toast brioche bun under the grill for 1 minute
     

  5. Build your burger - add lettuce, tomato and burger patties to bun
     

  6. Add a generous dollop of Galberts Luxury Coleslaw and enjoy!!

*This recipe is mouth-wateringly delicious with tobacco onions/onion rings and garlic potato cubes.
