Sausage Mummies

Makes 12

Make Halloween a scream with this fun and easy recipe perfect for kids.

1 packet of Galberts ready-rolled flaky puff pastry
 

12 cocktail sausages

​

1 tsp mayonnaise

​

Handful of black olives

​

1 egg

INGREDIENTS

Method

1. Preheat the oven to 200°C/fan 180°C.

 

2. Cut the puff pastry into 1cm strips.

​

3. Wrap the pastry around the sausages, leaving a space at one end for the eyes.

​

4. brush the pastry with beaten egg.

​

5. Bake the wrapped sausages in the oven for 20 minutes.

​

6. Dot mayonnaise and olive pieces to make eyes.
