Sausage rolls
Tasty and easy to make ready rolled puff pastry sausage rolls
375g Galberts Ready-Rolled Puff Pastry
400g sausage meat
2 beaten eggs
INGREDIENTS
Method
1. Preheat the oven to 200°c, fan 180°c, gas mark 6
2. Roll out 1 sheet of Galberts Puff Pastry
3. Roll sausage meat into a cylinder shape, cling film is quite helpful for this
4. Place sauage meat on top of the pastry. Brush pastry edges with egg
5. Fold over pastry to make a cylinder shape.
6. Brush with beaten egg
7. With a sharp knife, lightly score the pastry in a criss-cross pattern(not cutting through the pastry)
8. Bake in a pre-heated oven at 180 degrees for 15/20 mins until golden
