INGREDIENTS

Method

  1. Roll out Galberts Puff Pastry and shape as desired
     

  2. Egg wash each pastry
     

  3. Add 1 tsp of pesto, an asparagus stem, beetroot and tomato to each pastry
     

  4. Bake as per cooking instructions on Galberts pastry packaging
